Is shown when you set reduced blood and shoot robot-bot Enigma with the minigun, and shotgun(mostly, other weapons also but more randomly)...
Also the ut2004 red stock splat(exactly one center splat) is always present when shooting the enemy(but i think you re aware of that)

edit: i just tried to play with the other bots, the bug is the same with any bot selected with the setting mentioned above...

Yeah, this is one for Eblade. Smiley We've been having a really hard time figuring out why/how the UT2004 blood is still partially active.

well , knowing that a specific thing happens under Low settings than under Normal/None, should help me finally track it down \o/
