The gore system you made for gunreal is the most impressive one i've seen for unreal tournament 2004. you MUST make a small gore mutator, so we can use the gore system in regular ut2k4. that would be really awesome, and appreciated

OH YEA! forgot to mention, if you're gonna make a gore mutator, it would also be cool if you released a standalone weapons pack/mutator, so people can turn on the gore and weapons mutators, and essentially play gunreal without the money system (tho i LOVE the money system) or so people can replace any weapons with gunreal ones if they use, say, a weapon replacement mod

Hmm. . . The gunreal gore system is pretty darn good. Has a heck of a lot of potential. Right now, though, I'd say it still takes a back seat to Ballistic Weapon's "Bloody Hell" system. That thing is sick. And maintains correct blood colors for skarrj / droids / etc. The dismemberment, stumps, bleeding corpses, ragdoll streaks & impacts, blood mist, etc. keep it in the lead. . . for the moment. And bloody hell is already available in mutator form.

But gunreal's could easily take the lead as development continues if Dario wants to push that front. It already has gritty feel down a hait better than Runestorm's solution. But not by much.

They're both excellent, far better than default 2k4 basketball gibs (lol). My opinion on Runestorm's is just as likely based on a few years of fanaticism for Ballistic Weapons as it is on actual quality, so take it with a grain of salt.

I Agree, Both are quite excellent but BW lacks the thing the Gunreal Has to offer,

thats true the BW bloody hell mod is sick, but its also complete. dario's gore system is still in beta mode, and it already offers something amazing BW doesnt have. you can keep splattering peoples blood long after they die, turn them into stew with a rocket, or just pick off limbs. even in BW if you shot a dead body, they'd move a LITTLE. so i think this gore system has Lots more potential. but thats all it is, potential. lets hope it becomes what we hope it will

The sickest, and most fun thing I've -ever- done in an Unreal engine game, is turn on Slow-Motion Corpse and Low Grav Corpse mutators with Gunreal, then grab the Explosive Minigun with a full load of ammo, and go target practicing in a wide open area on floating corpses.

The blood could be abit darker.  But overall, I like this blood/gore system.

i love the gore system DO NOT change that what i love most about it
is that evin though i have a lower end comp i can basiclly cover an entier room in blood and i still have practilly NO lag what so ever, just compare it to halo 1 on full gore and you will know what i mean

What is amazing, and strange, is that we are having performance problems with it on high-end hardware, but not low-end.

I was just planning to my man! I'll get back on it and perhaps make a thread on it, maybe a video?

EDIT: I don't think this will work, as the bloody hell comes packaged with another mod....I'll try though, see if its just mutators.
