lets say i need to change the mini gun r.o.f. to make it insanely fast. how would i do that.
also, is there a way to get the mini gun mods in other game modes (campaign)

You can use the Super Berserk mutator to make all weapons insanely fast. To modify only the minguns you'd have to program some custom mutator that changes their firerate variable. I'm don't know how to put mutators into campaign mode though.

Where can you find the Super Berserk mutator? I looked all over even search on google and can't find it. Anyone please help? Thank you.

It's included with the game. Just in case, install the bonus pack and latest patch if you don't have them yet.
