Ive noticed that when i check the weapon data base in gunreal none of the weapons have a back story
that allways puzzled me are the weapons from the future another planet another demition ?
who made them humans some sort of superior alien race , god  
let me know if there's any plain for that plese.

You're right... the weapons need some back-story.

I was toying with this:

The weapons came from the planet Zog, in the Xenos Galaxy, and were manufactured by the Psy-borgs.

Plasma is actually Xenian urine concentrate (just add water), and Spam Charges are just a militarized version of canned school lunches, that bounce and explode when bullies try to take them. Someone thought it would be a good idea to make a spinning dispenser weapon for the Psy-borgs, to resolve their school bullying problems.  It was better than letting some kid go on a Destroyer rampage at the lunch tables, and sack everyone's food.

I'm actually working on the weapon descriptions right now, and while there won't be a "back-story", there's going to be a bit of tactical info on using/choosing weapons.
