Ive noticed the aim is a little worse but still a well placed turret can do *some* (meaning a little ) damage on some one from across the map on ctf face 3
if you do put it in non team match i think it should more like the asid machenegun's range and the g-60's rof to be more fair :]
but for teams i think you should only tweak placement issues
for example i dislike how the turrets can be placed to eachother
yesterday i was playing gunreal ctf face 3 and 4 enemy bot's each placed a turret near our flag at the same time it took my about 6 respawns before i destroyed them all and i found a unusual amount of lag (not horrible but enough to notice and affect my preformace a little ) when there's that many turret's placed close together
i have a simple fix for that there needs to be friendly fire on the turret's for like the hollywood movie stunts where the automated defence systems destroy them selves by friendly fire

well maby thats not so simple but
a simpler fix is to let them have the quality's of the proxy spammer mines and they just self destruct when there to close eachother
