Hey everyone... Can some of you launch Gunreal, and tell me if it tries to update, and what version it updates to?

It doesnt. it just stays to current r851 version prior to this date you posted...

Thanks, but not sure what you mean by "prior to this date you posted..."

It doesn't try to update at all? (if so, that's strange... my brother's Steam copy updated to the r1041 patch just fine. My computer won't update though, so I'm trying to figure it out)

Yes it doesnt updates at all. Maybe you could make a new zipped version just in case?

Hmm, okay...

WELL, you know what that means? Something interesting: It's time for a vacation for me.

Switch and I were up till 5 am this morning, trying to get the patch out before he had to bail to catch his ride (he's going on a 2-week vacation), but we couldn't make it by a few *seconds*. (and I haven't gone to bed yet... been stacked to the ceiling with various stuff to do)

So, since we won't be able to *officially* roll out the patch until Switch gets back (unless he finds a way to get net access in the mountains, which he's going to work on - or unless Eblade learns how to work on his patch system), I'll just post the latest full ZIP update/patch (which is auto-updated from the ingame menu now, so no worries) for those waiting here.

Download Patch 3 (r1041) - ZIP Version (now auto-updated)

And now, I'm going to take some much, much, much needed time off. (I'll still be completely around, but putting my mind at rest)

Thanks Dario, i will test it right away, and i hope you will rest Smiley. You already did a big time efforts to make Gunreal as good as it is possible;).

Yeah, 1260 is the update just released, but you'll be confused since I haven't updated the "update changes" page yet.

Have you uploaded the standalone beta 5 version, or it is being updated through auto-updater?
